VoiceQ365 November Update

VoiceQ365 has been released with:

  • Add administrator to a specific CQ and AA

  • Dashboard on CQ's that you administer

  • Icons on Voicemail, Groups, Users, External No.

  • Opt-out info on the dashboard

  • Opt-out alert when no agent are opt'et in

VoiceQ365 has been released with new features and UI updates

VoiceQ365 is in continous development and with the latest release our customers can administer their CQ's and AA's much easier and delegate access to specific users. 

There is no need to grant administrative rights to Teams Enterprise Voice, when using VoiceQ365.
