Does this require us to change our phone system?
No. Coherence builds on your existing Microsoft Teams Phone setup; it is not a parallel system.
How long does setup take?
It depends on the number of telephone numbers and policies involved. We review the scope during the product walkthrough before agreeing a date.
Where is data processed and stored?
Coherence runs in Microsoft Azure. The geographic location depends on the specific delivery. If your organisation has particular data residency requirements, we address them as part of the solution.
Can we start with one product or module?
Yes. DDI Manager can be used as a standalone product. VoiceQ365 consists of Real-Time Dashboard, Call Flow Designer and Call Analytics, which can be selected individually. You do not need to purchase all three VoiceQ365 modules from the outset.
