Individual means a Customer Representative, prospective Customer Representative, User or Visitor.
Services means the specific Performance Metrics services ordered by the Customer.
User means a user of the Services we provide to a Customer through our platform.
Visitor means a visitor to our website.
2. Collection of personal data
2.1 Prospective customer representatives
When a prospective customer representative asks to learn more about our Services, we receive company information such as name, address and company registration number, together with the representative's contact details such as name, email address and telephone number. The information is provided directly by the prospective customer representative.
2.2 Customer representatives
When a customer representative orders and administers Services through our platform, we receive company information such as name, address, company registration number and payment details, together with the representative's contact details such as name, email address and telephone number. The information is provided directly by the customer representative.
2.3 Users
When we configure ordered Services for a Customer, we automatically receive users' Microsoft Teams information, including names and individual business email addresses.
When a User uses our Services, we automatically receive call-related data, including the names and numbers of calling and called parties, call date and time, duration, volume and quality.
2.4 Enquiries and support
When we receive an enquiry or support request, we may receive contact details such as name, email address and telephone number, together with the contents of the request and subsequent correspondence.
2.5 Visitors
Where Individuals have provided consent when required, we use cookies, log files and other technologies to collect personal data from the hardware and software used to access the website. This may include IP address, session ID, usage statistics and information about interests, demographics, products and contact preferences.
